International Admissions Information Session

Join PSU’s International Admissions team as we guide you through the admissions process, scholarships available, current student experiences, and a virtual tour.

Campus Tour (Virtual)

A Student Ambassadors will lead you on a 30-minute virtual tour of the Portland State University campus while sharing their personal experiences on campus. You will view the inside of one residence hall, the Broadway Housing Building.

Admissions Information Session (Virtual)

You will join an Admissions representative for a 30-minute overview of Portland State University, academic programs, the Honors College, on-campus housing, the admissions process and timeline, and how to pay for college. They’ll answer questions live at the end of the presentation.

Admissions Information Session & Tour (Virtual)

You will join an Admissions representative for a 30-minute overview of Portland State University, academic programs, the Honors College, on-campus housing, the admissions process and timeline, and how to pay for college. Afterward, a Student Ambassador will lead you on a 30-minute virtual tour while sharing their personal experiences on campus.

Transfer Information Session (Virtual)

You will join an Admissions representative for a 30-minute session that includes an overview of Portland State University, academics, how credits transfer, admissions requirements for transfer students, how to pay for college, and the admissions and enrollment timeline for transfer students.

Transfer Open House (Virtual)

At our monthly Transfer Open House (alternating in person and virtual each month), you will get to connect with Admissions representatives and Academic Advisors to learn more about PSU and help you with a smooth transfer to PSU. You learn how credits transfer, ways to get involved on campus, and participate in an application workshop.

Academic Series (Virtual)

We host weekly academic sessions so you can get an in-depth look at some of PSU’s 200+ academic programs. Explore PSU's programs by connecting with academic advisors and current students from each of our academic programs. Each week we will feature a different PSU advising pathway. You’ll get to meet advisors, faculty, and students from the program, and ask questions specific to your area of interest.

Honors College Information Session (Virtual)

PSU’s Honors College is a tight-knit community of highly motivated students. Meet some of those students and learn about their urban-focused rigorous curriculum. In this 1-hour session, Honors students will provide an overview of the Honors College, share their experiences, and answer questions live.

Social Work Information Session (Virtual)

If you want to assist others, serve your communities, and work toward social change, a bachelor’s degree in Social Work at PSU could be your path to a meaningful career in social work, human services, and other health and education fields. Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) information sessions are an opportunity for you to learn more about Portland State's BSW program (both on campus and online), admission requirements, deadlines, and how to apply.

Maseeh College of Engineering and Computer Science Tour (Virtual)

Get a look inside what it’s like to be an Engineering or Computer Science major. Engineering and Computer Science student ambassadors will take you on a virtual tour inside the Engineering Building where you’ll view classrooms, student spaces, labs, and get a look inside group-project spaces like our Viking Motorsports Club, Portland State Aerospace Society, and Electronics Prototyping Lab. They’ll answer questions live at the end of the virtual tour.

Housing Tour (In Person)

Join us for a virtual tour of all eight of PSU’s on-campus residence halls. We have apartment-style options, residential events, extra academic support, and leadership opportunities. You’ll get to view the common areas and get other helpful information about living on campus.
